It seems like you just have to reassure him of your guys’ relationship. Maybe he has insecurity issues. I don’t know what I would do in your position except maybe talk him through it. I’m sure he loves you just as much as you love him though, so I wouldn’t worry. He’s probably the naturally paranoid type.
